Privacy notice

Who we are

Thrylo is the controller for the data described here. For any privacy question or request, email the address in our emails.

What we collect

If you apply to become a Founding Partner: your name, work email, company, role, team size, the number of creator posts you review, whether you applied as a brand or an agency, how you manage marketing compliance today if you tell us, whether you want product updates, and your answer to "What made you apply today?" if you give one.

For everyone: an anonymous visitor ID, the version of the page you saw, your market (UK or US), the pages and buttons you used on this site, how you arrived (for example the campaign link or website that sent you, including any click IDs an ad platform added to the link), and the country your connection comes from, which we work out from your IP address. We store the country, not the IP address. This is not linked to your identity unless you apply.

When you submit the form, we keep a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy of your IP address for 1 day to stop repeated automated submissions.

Why

To respond to your application and contact you about the Founding Partner Programme, and to understand which descriptions of Thrylo are most useful. We use no advertising trackers.

We use a few first-party cookies to show you a consistent version of the page and to measure which version helps people most. They contain no personal details. You can opt out of measurement at any time:

Who processes it for us

Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless page analytics, Neon runs our database, and Resend sends our emails. They handle data on our behalf, and some of it may be processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

Anonymous page events: 12 months. Visitor records without an application: 12 months after they were last updated. Application details: until you delete them, or 24 months at most. Hashed IP addresses: 1 day.

Deleting your details removes your application and also removes ad click IDs and campaign keyword and content tags from your visitor record.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a link to stop product updates and a link to delete your details. You can also contact us, as above, to access, correct or delete your data. UK residents have rights under UK GDPR and PECR, and can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk; California residents have rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
